Freight:

Kirk's Automotive Inc., will pre-pay freight charges on stock orders of more than $100, within the 48 continuous United States, buy way of the least expensive route to the customer's facility as determined by Kirk's Automotive Inc., excluding C.O.D. orders

Condition of Sale:

A core charge will be invoiced at the time of sale and a credit will be given when a reusable core is returned. If the core returned is damaged, is missing parts, or is a different model from the unit purchased, the customer will be credited with an adjusted core charge.
