Kirk's Limited Warranty

Kirk's Automotive Inc., warrants to be the purchaser of our remanufactured unit(s) that the unit(s) is free of defects in workmanship and materials. Any defective unit will be exchanged or remanufactured free of charge, if returned to Kirk's Automotive, Inc., within 180 days from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover, and Kirk's Automotive, Inc. will not pay for or provide, the labor or materials that may be necessary to remove a defective unit or install a replacement part.

Kirk's Automotive Inc., hereby expressly disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages. Obligations under this warranty and any other expressed or implied warranties provided under the Uniform Commercial Code (U.C.C.) and Michigan Law, including, but not necessarily limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall expire 180 days from the date of installation.
